Our Children’s Book Drive, spearheaded by chairladies, Maria Sakalis and Vasiliki Vlantis, was a wonderful success. We collected over 3200 books! The books were organized and boxed with the help of ladies from our Philoptochos Board, students from our William Spyropoulos School and parishioners. Young adults from our St. Stephanos group delivered boxes to one of the recipients. The recipients were: Bookfairies, P.S. 143 in Corona, Saint Mary’s Children’s Hospital and the local library.
